Hi Mari, My son is also alot like Karen's daughter. He has days where he eats alot and days where he mainly just has bottles of milk. he's 15 months old and so far I've also never had a problem with his levels or weight. he's in the lower 10% for his age but he's growing every month(just not fast!) and his weight is in proportion with his height. THe endo doesn't have a problem with his growth. No one in our family on both sides come from big stock so maybe that's the way he's supposed to be with or without CAH. I agree with Karen if everything else is fine then try not to stress to much just when they do eat make sure it's healthy food. All the best Lisa D
