I'm glad you are feeling better about things Mari. The only thing that I would keep an eye on is his intake of food. Seven days IS a long time without food, but I too read a book (T. Berry Brazelton) that said that children won't starve so don't worry so much about what they eat. It just worries me that he was eating 2-3 meals a day and stopped altogether. But, I am a worry wart. My daughter (who doesn't have CAH) had the same issues with being small and wearing 6 months when she was 12 months. It wasn't until last year when she turned 5 years old that she became true to size. She has always been small. I tell her she is petite and sweet. When she came home from the hospital she was about 5 lbs 8 oz. We had to buy premee clothes for her and even put her in some cute dolls clothes. When she was a baby, she gagged when we tried to switch her from 1st baby foods(pureed) to 2nds (blended w/chunks). We decided to skip 2nds all together and wait until she was ready for table food. My son was not acting like himself and that is why I knew there was something wrong. Only you know how your child should act. If he is behaving like he always has, maybe it is a phase (like someone else posted) because he is realizing that he is his own person and has a mind of his own. It's all a part of growing up. I am glad that you called the ped endo, and that you will keep an eye on it over the weekend. I wish you good luck and please keep us posted.
