I am sorry if I wasn't clear in my first post. My brain is rambling faster than I can type sometimes. I tried to explain that my daughter is 18 months old and is a salt-waster and a 21 hydroxylse def CAH, and her ped endo says she only needs 25 mgs. of solu-cortef (.5 cc.) I am just curious if other ped endos said to give a different amount than the standard for a child of 6 months to 2 years old. I would never go against our ped endos advice I was just curious if that is common or not. It would just make me feel a little more reassured that he isn't telling us to give her too small of an amount of the solu-cortef. I am just worried about not giving her enough because in an emergency not enough could realy hurt her, and if I hear other parents tell me they give the same amount or similar amount to their children and it worked fine it makes me feel a little better. Thanks again, your input is very valuble. LaurelLaurel
