Thanks for your reply. I think One of Jesse's scary things about getting his bloods done is being held down(he's 15 months old). He starts screaming before they even get close to him nad there's usally 3 of us to keep him still plus the needle lady. It's such a distressing thing for everyone invoved. That cream sounds good I'll have to ask my doctor about it and hope it's available over here. Thankyou Lisa D
