I've been looking and looking for info on how high is to high. Our 21 year of daughter had a 570. I believe they want to keep the 17OHP under 1000. But she was feeling crappy and her periods were not regular at all. She was tired and moody. She started DEX and feels better. The blood test have not come back yet, but I expect improvement. It's scary because everyone is different and what works for some doesn't for others. Hope this helps some.... Vicky
