My daughter, Julia, is also 8 and on Lupron. A while ago, before the Lupron, she had that same growth & weight spurt, but her levels are normal. She doesn't eat as much, but she is very tall and solid, but thin. I think she is about 4' 9" and weighs about 90 lbs. She is a couch potato but likes to dance and do gymnastics around the house and takes dance classes two nights a week. I guess that evens itself out.
