I am with Wendy-Lee, some thinks their child should follow a book. We all know that is not how children REALLY work. My daughter is three. She still has a habit once in a while of waking up in the middle of the night. Somedays she never moves all night. Then I can have three nights in a row where she doesn't sleep well. I never igonored her crys. I was told I would spoil her. I would say I made her feel more secure than spoiled and found she did not yell out for me ever 5 minutes to make sure I would be there. Yet for some this may be too exhausting for them to do and may approach it differently. And that is ok. I think the best advice ever given to me was do what is best for YOU and YOUR CHILD. I do find if it is a day that she does not eat well, she is more restless at night. It took her a lllllong time to give up her bottle because she once in a while woke up wanting milk. I think these meds. do effect our kids in many different ways. Perhaps it could be his molars coming in too. That was another favorite time for my daughter. We would not sleep a week at a time until that tooth was in. I just "rode it out". I always thought to myself, "Well, one day she will be grown up and I will long for one of these late night visits." And I got through another night. Good luck, sweet dreams for a good night sleep.Laura
