My 3 year old (non-CAH) son did not sleep through the night until he was almost 2. If I gave him a bottle and a cuddle he went back to sleep quickly so I didn't really mind. I have no idea what finally happened that made him start sleeping through the night. My 13 month old (CAH) son has been sleeping through the night (most of the time) since he was about 6 months old. Every child is different. Unless it is really driving you nuts I would follow everyone else's advice. Go ahead and give him the bottle and enjoy the cuddle time! He will grow out of it eventually.
