Even though my son has been rushed to the hospital 5 times since birth (he is 23 months old) and even though he went completely unconscios once, I can't even begin to know what you are going through. There is an organization which may be in your area called kindermourn. Kindermourn is an organization which is sponsored by the United Way which specializes in helping parents grieve the loss of a child. It helped me and my wife with the loss of a late term pregnancy. You can contact the United Way and ask if there is one in your area. Through this organization, you can also meet parents in your area which have lost children. I hope this helps.
