My son is 15 months old and for the last 2 weeks started sleeping thru(touch wood it stays that way). I too wondered if it was his meds but lot's of people i talked to with non- CAH children have the same problem. Jesse was simply hungry as all I'd have to do was put a bottle in his cot when he woke(he didn't even care for a hug!) and he'd drink it 5 minutes flat and go straight back to sleep, I think he's was simply hungry. I know when he was about 6 months his night tablet was to high and then he was waking 4-5 tiems a night for a bottle and he'd finsh them all, but once it was dropped back, it was 1-2 times. I think you just have to hang in there and know that there IS light at the end of the tunnel and know you're not alone! All the best Lisa D
