Hi Kris. Your story sounds almost identical to mine. Keith is 8 now, but was only diagnosed mild LOCAH this past December, when he was 7. He was a seemingly healthy child with no other symptoms except signs of early puberty, starting at age 4. The doctors ignored those signs for three years. At age 7, his bone age was 13, so we likely lost some growth potential during those 3 "lost" years. Treating CAH is one thing, treating the precocious puberty another. If you will send me an e-mail at l.grabany@sri.org, I will be glad to tell you step-by-step what happened to us after the testing, and how things have gone since over the past 10-1/2 months. LynnLynnG
