Alyson, Congratulations on your pregnancy! After hearing about women with CAH having problems getting pregnant it is always exciting for me to hear a happy story! Since the chance of your husband being a CAH carrier is only about 1/50 maybe it would make sense to wait and just test the baby for CAH after he/she is born. Even if your state doesn't screen for CAH your pediatrician can order the test. This would obviously pose no miscarraige risk! I would discuss it with your OB and your endocrinologist.
