When I was at the MAGIC foundation convention, Dr. Pang said they have realized that 24 hour urines give basically the same result as regular blood work without all the headache of collecting urine over 24 hours.  My 4 year old and 2 year old (both severe salt wasting CAH) have never done a 24 hour urine test.  Cathy at MAGIC seemed to know alot about this too so maybe you could talk to her (1-800-3 MAGIC 3) if you have additional questions.  I just thought maybe by passing along what Dr. Pang said, it may give you another avenue and you won't have to worry about collecting your daughter's urine.  Best wishes!  Tonia
