Our ped endo said that around 200 is the goal.  Between 3 and 90 is over-surpressed. Our ped endo is the chief ped endo at one of the leading hospitals in the country and sees more CAH children than the average endo in the country.  We drive 3 hours just because he is that good.  I would question that answer.  When my son's level was 68 his face was bloated, his skin was reddish tone and he gained weight.
