Sorry I didn't explain myself more clearly. I had just gotten off the phone with the nurse who had given me the results. I WILL discuss it with the ped endo at our appointment in a few weeks. I'm just one of those people who has to have a lot of information about this condition. I cannot just rely on one opinion, even if it is my ped endo. I do trust her, but have found that she also listens to me. At my insistence, we were off the cortef suspension before it was recalled (thanks to this board!).  I just don't think it hurts anything to explore other opinions, treatments, etc., and then make the best informed decisions regarding my child.  One more thing - we don't all live in an area where we have a choice of ped endos.  We are very blessed to have a good one. And you are very lucky to be able to choose.
