Our endo (and standard practise in Canada, I believe?) is to double for fevers over 100 degrees F. BUT, we were also instructed NOT to double for immunizations; I have always assumed that this meant UNLESS there was fever, but am not sure. I can't imagine why you WOULDN'T double for a fever just because it was related to the shots??
