our endo recommends triple dose for a fever of 100.5 or higher. our old endo said to double dose at 101.4. i agree with use your intuition with how your child is feeling. we were also told to stress dose for fevers even if it's from a vaccine. i would put on the medic alert bracelet something like: adrenal insufficiency. in case of trauma or stress give hydrocortisone. good luck!
