Lisa,

Our ped endo instructed us to triple in case of fever 101 or higher.  She also recommends that if our daughters are going to get shots, go to the dentist or be in some other high stress situation that we triple dose.  She believes it gives them an initial edge over what could happen and help maintain them better.  So on your next immunization schedule you may want to try that.  Honestly, 103 would probably send both of my daughters into crisis.  If it continues I would take your sweety to the pediatrician just to make sure it is not an infection of some kind.

On my daughters' med alert bracelets, we have "Adrenal Insufficiency In emergency give cortef".  My 4 year old daughter is allergic to bee stings so hers has that on it as well.  Our 2 year old has her name on hers.  We also take advantage of the card medic alert prints out (now it is a durable plastic card) by having them add important information like "PRONE TO ADRENAL CRISIS".  It tells where their emergency meds are, etc..  When they were very little, we took their bracelets to a jeweler who took out links and we would take them back to have links added as they grew.  That way we would never have to worry about visibility and would not have to later go through a transition of moving their med alerts.  Both of our daughters know what their bracelets are and what they say and since they have had them forever, they are like a part of their arm.

Best of luck to you Lisa and your little one!
