So you are saying your son's CAH was brought on by having ACC? Does every person having ACC have CAH or is just a possibility that patients with ACC has the "capabilities" to "bring on" CAH? Do you know of any other children or adults with ACC? Any that ALSO have CAH? This is quite interesting. Now are your odds the same (1 in 4) of having another child with CAH?  I wondered since you did NOT pass on this gene for CAH if your odds have changed. Did they give you the odds of having another child with ACC? Has anyone in your family ever had ACC or CAH? (Geesh, I sound like a geneologist sorry) I had always wondered if a CAH child could carry other disorders with CAH.  Sorry for the million questions but this is something that shocks me too. Thank you for sharing that with us. If you have some kind of support group for ACC that you participate in, perhaps this would be something to bring up to them too. Very interesting.
