I agree that they should have asked permission.  However, I personally am glad to see that something is finally being done.  I communicated with Upjohn for months before they finally acknowledged that there was something wrong with the oral suspension.  And even then, it was another 8 months before they pulled it off the market.  The entire situation was handled poorly and they need to know it.  Count me in!
