Thanks, Chris!  Those were exactly the numbers I got, which worried me tremendously.  Happily, Reily is apparently now on 10 mg/day (see Karen J.'s post), which works out to 10.25 mg/m2/day....much more reasonable, though still a bit on the low end. 

I appreciate the time you took to respond, Chris.  When I got the 5.12 and 7.68 figures, they were SO low I did a double take, thinking maybe I'd multiplied instead of divided, or something like that.  It was late, and I thought maybe I wasn't thinking straight.   

Good luck with Jack's next draw!  I know how frustrated you've been with his levels and hope you'll get some good news next time....we'll be looking for your update!  Thanks, again.
