My daughter Anne was diagnosed with CAH last December and since then we had our other daughter tested.  Anne is 10 and Sarah is 8.  Sarah had labial adhesion ,body odor, but not pubic or underarm hair as her sister did.  

At this point the endo decided to just watch her, do a bone x-ray every six months and if the next time the bone age is okay and no other signs such as pubic hair, et cetera. 

My question is:  She has been getting a lot tired easily and today her sister had to wake her up on the school bus.  She said she was completely out!  When she came in the house she was very tired.  I gave her juice and let her lay down, took her temp and it was 99.2.  Could this be an indication of it getting worse?  I did call the endo but she has yet to call me back.
