I would definitely have Sarah tested for CAH. It is dangerous if she needs medication and is not getting it. Just because she is not going through early puberty is no reason not to test. That does not happen in every case. As soon as one of my children was diagnosed, I had the whole family tested. This is very important. If this endo won't test her, find a doctor that will.
