Yikes! I would INSIST that your endo test your second daughter NOW!! As you know, untreated CAH can be very dangerous, especially if your daughter gets sick; it can result in adrenal crisis and DEATH (yes, even if she is not salt-wasting). As a parent who has lost a child to adrenal crisis, I am totally freaked out by the extreme "sleepiness". Find someone who will test her - the sooner the better.
