I haven't seen much on insurance on the board, but know that we have had trouble getting life insurance for our CAH daughter. When we tried 20 years ago, 15 etc... we kept getting denied. We just applied for a whole life policy from Country Companies and were accepted, with a C rating. Just a bit more than normal. I thought this might be helpful to any of you out there that have been experiencing the same difficulty. I would appreciate any info on health insurance. Our daughter will be looking for health insurance in the next year or two. It seems right now that our only option is CHIP - the state of Illinois program for uninsurable people. It's not bad, but we'd like to do better if possible. Vicky
