Becki LaderAt my routine ultrasound at 20 weeks, ambiguous genitalia was discovered. We have since had an ultrasound with a Radiologist, an amnio, and also talked with a geneticist and a genetics counsler. They are fairly confident that my unborn daughter has CAH, but apparently it is rarely detected prior to birth, so they need to wait to do blood testing once she is born. Has anyone had this diagnosed prior to birth? This is our 3rd child, and our other 2 are perfectly healthy. Please let me know. We have 13 weeks until our daughter is born, and we are looking for as much info as possible.
Thanks,
Becki Lader
