We had no trouble getting insurance from Lutheran Life Insurance when our son was born in '89; he died at age 2 and they had to pay out, however. When we approached this same company for our daughter born in '97, they said they would cover her at age 16 if she had no other major health problems at that time! After checking other companies, Mutal Life of Canada said they would insure her at age 6, under the same conditions. I assume you live in the USA, Vicky?? Why not try Lutheran Life (you don't have to be Lutheran and their policies are compatible with any other company); I can't see that they would reject your adult daughter unless she's had some other major health problems.
