I don't think that they prenatal CAH tests can be done unless you have DNA from a previous child to compare the results with (every families' DNA has slightly different markers, from what I understand, and without a subsequent child's DNA to compare with yours and your spouse's, it can't be done). I would tend to follow Karen's advice: relax! I know that it is scary and a shock, but your baby will likely be fine, and you can start dealing with it when she is born.
