Our 6 month old son who has salt-wasting CAH was also born with a mild case of hypospadias.  I know several other parents of sons who also had this problem and I am told it is a relatively common one.  We were also told CAH and the hypospadias have no common link.  Our son was also born with bilateral club feet (both feet are affected).  This doesn't have anything to do with the CAH either as heredity plays some part in club feet as does the positioning of the baby and whether there is enough room in the uterus.
