I am thinking of you right now and sending a big hug!  I know how stressful it can be to have one of your children sick.  I have a 4 year old and 2 year old both with CAH.  My family thought it was also absurd to take the girls to the hospital so much and thought we were always over reacting.  That was until they saw with their own eyes how quickly vomiting or high fever can send them into adrenal crisis.  I often doubt myself, if I'm under reacting or over reacting but the moms on this board who have lost their precious babies keep me strong in my decisions.  You can NEVER over react with a CAH child who is vomiting, has diarea or high fever, etc.  You know when they are not "right". When either of our daughters is vomiting or has high fever or diarea, we give them the injection and take them to the ER for IV rehydration.
