I almost always treat at home. I let the endo know when I give an injection. And basiclly once they have there meds they are just like any other kid be careful about dehydration.

When I give injections I have to have someone hold them down because my boys immediately perk up when they know they have to have an injection.

I have only had to use fenagren twice, and I was glad I did. But it is an opiate and I watch them like a hawk the first couple of hours.

Also have in the refidgeator tylenol suppositories.
