Hi! My daughter has been on Cortef pills for almost a year now.  She was on the liquid before the pills.  The doctor told me that the pills would work better for her.  Her levels are still high and she is now taking 17 1/2 mgs.  Does anyone else's child take a high dose? Her last blood test the doctor told me that he would have to increase her meds.  I think that this is crazy, my daugther has been going for a blood test almost every other month.  I am going nuts and feel bad for my daughter.  I want to know how much cortef you can give a child.  She has to go back to the endo at the end of the month.  I am so upset.  Please if there is anyone that is going through this let me know.  I feel that we are going through this alone.
