How old is your daughter?  Mine, who is now 14, was always undersuppressed by Cortef.  No matter what we did, upping the dose all the time, she was undersuppressed.  The Cortef has a pretty short half life.  She also forgot a lot of times to take the mid-day dose.  The endo switched her to prednisone, which has a much longer half life, enabling her to dose only twice a day and remain properly suppressed.  She is doing so well now, physically and emotionally - and I credit the proper suppression for that.  Maybe switching from Cortef to Prednisone is an idea you can explore with your endo?
