I live in Virginia too.  I posted a message in September about a program that might help you pay for you medications if you don't have insurance or your insurance does pay for everything. It is important that she have proper treatment for CAH and you must give the medications every day so she will get very sick and an adrenal crisis. If she ever gets a fever (high fever 102 or more) and does not get solu-cortef and go to the hospital of IV fluids right away she will die. Also fever 101  - you need to give tylenol right away.  Do you have tylenol and motrin or advil?  Do you have a thermometer? Also vomiting without fever - if she vomits twice - the cortef can not be absorbed - you must give the solu-cortef injection and go to the hospital for IV fluids. Of course injury. She does not make enough cortisol or stress hormone and will die from an adrenal crisis if not given the solu-cortef injection.  Do you have solu-cortef??
