I know that when Nathan's dose gets changed, I am more sensitive to his moods, and read alot more into them. My son was on 10 mg daily, and was reduced to 7.5mg, I also thought he seemed more cranky, but now that we have been doing it for a month, I can be more objective, and see that he was just having a bad couple of days. Our endo was basing everything on the formula rather than doing routine 17ohp tests. I got a second opinion, and they suggested the dosage be reduced. They even called my son's regular endo and discussed it with her and she did agree to reduce it. There are now plans to even further reduce it, but he has a cold so I am waiting until he is 100%.
