Ooops. I guess I am out of practice. I contacted Attorney Sigel out of sheer frustration and concern for the well being and health of our children. Atty. Sigel works closely with the office of Ed Masry and Erin Brockovich. I liked the genuine concern they showed for people who were permenantly injured and/or killed in the true story of which the movie "Erin Brockovitch" was based on. If I hadn't been in such a rush to leave for Hawaii, I would have posted to all of you myself about this. For that I appologize. I am the one who contacted them and asked for them to help us in our plight. They didn't hesitate to say yes after reviewing the facts. I must tell you that there were a few attorneys that didn't want to touch this one due to the size of the corporation we will be going up against should you decide to join us. So far we are over a dozen strong who are willing to take a stance. These attorneys are on the up and up and made contact ONLY after I contacted them and asked for their help. If you would like to know more information, please contact me at ltorony@CT2.nai.net and I will be glad to fill you in on ALL the details. Please note that I am having trouble with my server and am unable to retrieve my email at this moment, but that should be corrected by tomorrow. I am sure I will find emails from all of you who I have already been in touch with. I can't wait to read them. I will be meeting with Atty. Sigel in the very near future, and I will be happy to keep those of you who are interested in the loop. Some of you may wish to abstain, and for that I respect your decision. It doesn't change the facts however, and I believe that there are many of you out there that have suffered or whose children have suffered deeply from the Upjohn tragedy. Again, I appologize for any discomfort that post has caused. They are only here to help those of you who wish them to. Boy, I guess I missed a lot when I was away. Please let me know what you decide to do as soon as possible. Thanks so much. LynnLynnT
