Hi Eveie, Dose your daughter have the salt wasting form of CAH? I would think that that would tend to make a bit of a difference. My son is a severe salt waster and having only ONE round of diarrhea sent him into hypervolemic shock. Each child is different ( as you are discovering already), but I would tend to agree with JanetD and run it past your daughter's Ped endo just to be on the safe side.
