This law only governs insurance plans with contracts written in and governed by the laws of Maryland.  Most ERISA plans do not fall under this category - ERISA is the self funded kind, like most employer provided insurance coverage.  So I'm back to a 34 day supply, or mail order.  I just can't bring myself to trust the mail order system.
