I have done mail order for 9 + years now.  I get 90 day supply of cortef and florined and since it is a maintance drug, there is ZERO co-pay, zip, nada, free to me.  I deal with Express Scripts out of Saint Louis.  I have had only one problem in the 9+ years and it was with the doctors office not with Express Scripts.  I am able to reorder the meds 30 days in advance (they come in 5 to 7 days) over the phone and there is no problems what so ever.  I also get Solu-cortef from them.  I do have a local pharmacy that has scripts on file for my CAH daughter for that just in case moment. 

I suggest all of you give it a try, I highly recomend the mail order pharmacy Express Scripts.
