Kris, My son, and several other kids on this board have/are sufferring from nightmares. I was going to write next week about my son who stopped having them for a while and with his new undersuppression they started up again. Many adults with CAH experience extreme anxiety/panic attacks and my son also calls himself a "scardy cat". As a matter of fact, he came to me the other night with tears streaming down his beautiful face and asked "why am I such a big scardy cat"? He also grinds his teeth in his sleep and jumps through the roof if you startle him by accident. He then gets very sat and embarrassed. I would love to help him. Any one else have this experience? I don't remember what the reasoning was behind the nightmares and fear, but you might find some answers in the archives when Danny gets them back up and running. This is something you may also feel is worth doing a type of survey to get a larger responce. I would be very interested in the outcome.LynnT
