Oh my gosh do we ever have leg pain problems. I too was told it was normal growing pains. My daughter is three and wakes up several times a night complaining of her legs hurting. We just give her some Tylenol and  rub them until she goes back to sleep. I have a friend who's daughter constantly had this. She does not have CAH and is 6 now. They used to have to bathe her in warm water she was in so much pain. Every child is different. Another note worth mentioning, it has been mentioned on this board before about leg cramping. Perhaps someone else can add to this. If it is the muscle that is hurting, it could be because more potassium is needed in the diet. Perhaps giving more banannas could help. But it sounds like the good old growing pains to me. My daughter's bone age was perfect also. Knowing that, it made me feel more confident that it was just normal growing pains. (I love normal stuff) If it becomes more of a problem, I always say ask your pediatrician. Good luck, remember to rub, rub, rub.
