High DHEAS, All other Serum Levels Normal, Should I push for ACTH test?

Hi, My daughter has the following: Age 8 and three months, Premature Adrenarche, No pubic hair. Her blood work came back and the DHEAS was high at 139 and DR said the top level for normal is 140. All other blood work was in the normal range, thyroids were normal. Her bone age xray was seven months older than her current age and he said 8 months is the standard deviation. He will not do an ACTH stimulation as the 17-OHP is within normal limits. We go back for another check at six months. Does this make sense to everyone? He's a ped endo at Children's in Milwaukee, says he is familiar with Dr. New as he studied at Cornell but not directly in her department, in another division. Thanks for any input. I have mixed feelings about pursuing and thought if she is on the extreme mild side of LOCAH that it won't matter to wait six months?? Thanks all, Chris
