I've just found out I'm pregnet (only 4 weeks along) and I'm seeing my endo tomorrow but I wanted to ask a few questions first.  I've got a son with CAH and we've already had our DNA done so i will be starting on Dex.  My querie is I didn't think the gentitals formed until about 10 weeks so why is it necessary to take Dex straight away?  I'm sure each country does things differently but I would appreciate some input.  My problem is a bit selfish really, we were getting married in april next year and have now brought it forward to 5 weeks time ( Dec 30th) and I will be 9 weeks pregnet by then.  I just wanted to be as well and fit as I could for my special day but if I need to take Dex before then so be it!  I'm just a bit scared about all the side effects I have heard about that's all.
