Since your daughter is a severe salt waster, she could be in need of a higher dose of Florinef. Little babies sweat a lot and we tend to bundle them up in sweaters and coats, etc. My son had an odor about him when he was a baby and he perspired heavily. It wasn't as bad as when he was under suppressed though. I would definately look in to both of these aspects.
