Julia,  First, you are to be commended for deciding against the clitroplasty.  Second, I would submit there is no hurry for the vaginal surgery if your daughter is only 7 months old.  If the CAH is managed properly, she should not begin to menstruate for 8 - 10 years.  Take into consideration the medical advances that will most likely come about in that time.  Thank you for researching and pondering the issue and not blindly following the surgeons opinion, but deciding for yourself what is in your daughters best interest.
