I can't see a brand name on mine.  On the bottom it's just got "Made in China" & "Pat.Pending" and a funny symbol that looks like an IE. I've only ever had to half my tablets though as I have 5 mg tablets and Jesse has 2.5 mg.  I haven't had to quarter it but looking at the spliter you'd probably be able to half it then turn it arounfd sideways then half it again.  I'm not sure if this helps at all Julia but I hope it does.
