My pediatrician suggested this to me since I have myself have worried about passing this gene on again. It is a personal choice. You know your spouse better than any one. Not to shoot down your intrest, but for myself I thought there are no guarantees that you would NOT pick up a defective gene from the donor with some other disease or disorder, or the same. Then I thought of me and my spouse's own odds of conceiving another child without CAH. That and other reasons I choose not to take this path, but they are reasons of my own, NO ONE ELSES.
