Everyone knows my opinion on this so I will be brief. This is an issue that will be fought to the end of time. I think you should take a little of everyone's opinions and thoughts and make your own choice. It is a private manner that only you will know how to make the right choice. I repeat myself again, many had bad experiences, many have had good. Many have been severely effected many have been mildly effected.
