My daughter Julia (8 year old NSW, and also on Lupron), had the same problem with the urine backwash.  She still has her urethra in her vagina, but they said that is not unusual, but they did open up her vagina a little bit and we haven't had the problem since.  We never had a bed-wetting problem with her....just the drip before the surgery.  She has only had one UTI in her whole life.  By the time I was her age, I was hospitalized for a cystoscopy for having way too many UTIs (and I don't have CAH).  They didn't stop until I was in my mid-20s....go figure!!!
