Welcome back, Eileen.  Just a thought on your bed wetting problem, a while ago there was a post here about that and the mom had changed the child's Florinef from morning to night dosing and it worked.  My daughter Kate (also 9 and a salt loser) was having some trouble with urine "squeeking out" (her phrase) during the night, and I switched her Florinef from the a.m. to right before bed and we have never had the problem again. I asked our endo and he said he didn't think that was why (they never do), but that it really did not make any difference when you give the Florinef as long as she gets the same dose daily. 

It's certainly worth a try, as it does no harm.
